Product Description

DJL IQF Blast Tunnel Freezer Quick Freezer For Crayfish / Crayfish Tunnel Shock Freezer realizing individual quick freezing and preventing adhesion. It is mainly suitable for quick freezing of granules, flakes and blocky foods such as vegetables, fruits, fungi and seafood.

Equipment material: the internal and external parts of equipment body are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is durable in use without any corrosion.

Food transportation: The SUS304 special food conveyor belt is equipped with variable frequency and variable speed motor, the transportation speed can be adjusted flexibly as per different products; Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with belt elastic automatic regulating device, to ensure the stable and long-term operation of food transportation belt.
Equipment maintenance: The equipment side is equipped with maintenance & cleaning gate to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of conveyor. The bottom of engine body is equipped with drainage outlet to drain water from the equipment. The whole equipment is long life, low consumable design, the easily-damaged parts can be replaced easily and rapidly with excellent maintainability.


1. Stainless steel conveyor belt;
2. Sandwich PUF panels 120mm thick, laminated by stainless steel sheet both sides; floor panels are equipped;
3. Doors are equipped with frame heating device;
4. Aluminum evaporators, different fin pitches;
5. Axial fans: stainless steel air box, aluminum blades;
6. Full welded stainless steel water discharging plate is installed on top of floor panels. It will bring defrosting water out of cabinet through stainless steel draining pipes;
7. The inlet device, outlet device and all structure parts are made of stainless steel;
8. Control panel is made of stainless steel;
9. Schneider or Siemens electric components;
10. SEW speed reducer.
